Online appointment booking allows you to choose a suitable appointment at our practice around the clock. You can see available time slots, book directly, and receive a confirmation by email. A personal phone call is not necessary – however, the booking does not replace urgent contact for acute concerns.

What data is stored during appointment booking?

We only store the information necessary for appointment organization: your name, your email address, and the selected time. This data is used exclusively for booking management and is deleted after the statutory period. It is not shared with third parties.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booked appointment online?

Yes, with the booking confirmation you will receive a personal link that allows you to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For changes made on shorter notice, we ask that you contact us by phone to avoid waiting times for other patients.

Are the services also available for new patients?

Of course. All digital services – from online booking to reminder SMS – are available to both existing and new patients. Upon initial registration, we ask for a brief sign-up so that we can correctly record your data.

What happens if there are technical problems with the booking platform?
